Users who use the Services offered by Beidoo declare that they know and agree to these general terms and conditions. These Terms only govern the use of Beidoo and related Services.
Owner of Beidoo and its Services
The following booking terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with beidoo.world (“Beidoo“), under the responsibility of Eva Sanz Sanz, tax ID 09933352 and business address in Slezská 857/45, 130 00 Praha 3 – Vinohrady. Please read them carefully as they set out Beidoo’s respective rights and obligations. By asking to confirm your booking, Beidoo is entitled to assume that you (the “user“) have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking terms and conditions and agree to them.
Introduction
About the Services
This site offers users the possibility to book custom travel itineraries, download pre-made itineraries and book a travel consultation (“Services“). Users are allowed to:
a) Submit contact requests and provide details about their trip with an aim to purchasing Beidoo’s Services. The information provided by users may include, but is not limited to, the trip destination, the dates and other traveler-related information, such as their age, needs or interests;
b) Submit contact requests to receive more information about the Services;
c) Complete the purchase of the Services.
Beidoo services include:
(1) the planning and submission to the user of custom travel itineraries tailored to the user’s interests, needs, budget and preferences. Services also include information on available transport options, opening hours and entrance fees for tourist attractions, as well as other recommendations. Therefore, THE PURPOSE OF BEIDOO SERVICES IS SOLELY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND ADVISE USERS ABOUT THEIR TRIP LOGISTICS. BEIDOO SERVICES WILL NEVER INCLUDE THE BOOKING OF ANY OF THE TRIP ELEMENTS (PLANE/TRAIN/BUS TICKETS, HOTELS, ACTIVITIES OR SIMILAR) ON BEHALF OF THE USER.
(2) the online sale of pre-made itineraries that the user can download after completing the payment. These cannot be modified according to the user’s preferences or needs, and include useful information on opening hours and entrance fees for tourist attractions, as well as other recommendations. Therefore, THE PURPOSE OF BEIDOO SERVICES IS SOLELY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND ADVISE USERS ABOUT THEIR TRIP LOGISTICS. BEIDOO SERVICES WILL NEVER INCLUDE THE BOOKING OF ANY OF THE TRIP ELEMENTS (PLANE/TRAIN/BUS TICKETS, HOTELS, ACTIVITIES OR SIMILAR) ON BEHALF OF THE USER.
(3) travel consultation sessions intended to provide assistance to users who wish to plan their own trip. Therefore, THE PURPOSE OF BEIDOO SERVICES IS SOLELY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND ADVISE USERS ABOUT THEIR TRIP LOGISTICS. BEIDOO SERVICES WILL NEVER INCLUDE THE BOOKING OF ANY OF THE TRIP ELEMENTS (PLANE/TRAIN/BUS TICKETS, HOTELS, ACTIVITIES OR SIMILAR) ON BEHALF OF THE USER.
Registration, Site Content and Prohibited Use Registration
You are not required to register in order to explore and use the Site.
However, in order to access certain features, such as, but not limited to, purchasing the Services, the User must fill in the forms available on the Site. In doing so, the User accepts the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms.
Terms and conditions
Description of Beidoo services
(1) Custom Itineraries
Users who hire Beidoo services will receive a PDF document containing the following information:
- A complete day-by-day travel itinerary to the destination chosen by the user. The itinerary includes things to do & see depending on the user’s preferences and interests (previously communicated to Beidoo). Such itinerary will take into account the opening hours and location of every tourist attraction included in the itinerary;
- Information on how to move from point A to point B. For instance, when to take the subway for transfers within a city or how to travel between cities;
- A breakdown of all the different transport options (plane, train, bus or other) to reach the destination from the user’s hometown, including schedules, fares and links to book tickets;
- A map for each day, so the user can easily visualize their route and where each tourist attraction is located, including a link to open it directly from Google Maps;
- Information on opening hours and entrance fees for every tourist attraction included in the itinerary. Whenever necessary, links to book tickets will also be provided;
- Recommended restaurants, bars and cafés in the area the user is visiting;
- Other tips to ensure the user has everything under control. Some examples are what to wear to visit specific places, or what time to visit particular attractions to avoid long lines, among other things;
- Information on how to travel from the airport or the train/bus station to the city center, and information on public transport in larger cities;
- Information on required visas & vaccines for each destination, when applicable;
- Any other piece of information as agreed between the user and Beidoo.
The user can print out the itinerary and take it with them on the trip, or check it online from any device.
It is important to note that Beidoo services do not include any bookings, nor do they incorporate any historical information or other curiosities about the places to be visited during the trip. Users who hire these services shall be made aware of this and must accept these terms and conditions upon booking.
In addition, Beidoo will provide advisory services before and during the trip (at an extra charge). Users will be entitled to ask any questions related to the information included in the itinerary. However, since the services do not include any bookings, users will be responsible for making relevant amendments to their itinerary should any of their bookings undergo changes (such as changes to the flight schedule or cancelled activities by a tour operator).
(2) Downloadable itineraries
Users who purchase any of the downloadable itineraries available on this site will receive a PDF document containing the following information:
- A complete day-by-day travel itinerary, including things to do & see. Such itinerary will take into account the opening hours and location of every tourist attraction included in the itinerary;
- Information on how to move from point A to point B. For instance, when to take the subway for transfers within a city or how to travel between cities;

(3) Travel Advice
Users who book a consultation session are entitled to a one-hour long private meeting with an expert in their destination. During the meeting, users will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have in connection with the trip they’re planning. Some issues that can be covered during the meeting are:
- Places worth visiting.
- How to best build an itinerary.
- How to get around.
- Recommendations & tips.
- What to know before the trip (visa, weather, etc).
- Any other question the user may have.
Consulting sessions are always held online via Google Meet or similar.
Checkout process and user rights
(1) Custom Itineraries
Beidoo aims to plan travel itineraries tailored to each user’s needs. To this end, the following steps must be followed:
- Initial contact
Users who wish to hire the services will reach out to Beidoo by filling out the form on the Custom Itineraries page, or by phone or email (see contact details on the contact page). Within 24 business hours of receipt of the request, Beidoo will be in touch with the user to address issues related to the provision of the services.
The purpose of this initial contact is to determine the user’s needs. This will help Beidoo plan a trip that suits the user’s needs. During this conversation, one or more of the following issues may be addressed (as well as any other issues that the user may deem important to mention):
- Trip destination;
- Travel dates;
- Number of travelers;
- Age of travelers;
- Travelers’ interests: what they’d like to see and do during the trip, expectations;
- Travelers’ needs, such as medical conditions that could affect specific activities during the trip, or similar;
- Budget, with a view to including activities, recommendations and transport options that are within budget.
By contacting Beidoo and providing their contact details, users accept the Privacy Policy.
- Checkout
Once all the above-mentioned issues have been sorted out, users shall proceed to checkout. Users will be granted access to their private client area, where they’ll be able to make the online credit card payment (secure payment by Stripe). Payments are accepted in USD and EUR.
Full payment must always be made in advance. The total amount will correspond to the rates available on the website at the time of booking. These rates include VAT and other administrative costs.
When making the payment, users must accept these terms and conditions.
After completing the payment, cancellations are not permitted, and the total amount will be 100% NON-refundable.
- Trip planning process
As soon as payment is received, Beidoo will proceed to plan the user’s trip as agreed during the first stage of the booking process. While planning the trip, the user may be contacted for any questions or comments that could arise and which are directly linked to aspects of the trip itself. This will help create a final itinerary that is as close as possible to the user’s preferences and needs.
Users understand that their failure to respond to such requests for information may affect the quality of the services.
- Itinerary receipt
For itineraries of up to 15 days, users can expect the complete itinerary to be ready within two weeks of receipt of payment. For itineraries of more than 15 days, the planning process could take longer. When hiring Beidoo services, users shall be informed of the estimated waiting time.
As soon as the trip planning process is finalized, users will be notified and will be able to log in to their client area to download the PDF document that contains their complete itinerary.
Should users wish to make any changes, these must be communicated no later than seven days after receipt of the itinerary. Small adjustments will be free of charge. However, further adjustments that involve more than one working hour will incur extra charges, as per the rates indicated on this site.
Users can view and download the itinerary from their client area at any time up to one day after the end of their trip. After that moment, the provision of services is deemed completed and users will no longer have access to their client area.
- After the services have been provided
Beidoo will respond to any questions asked by users before the trip. These questions shall be related to the information included in the itinerary sent by Beidoo. By purchasing the “Assistance during your trip” add-on, the user will be entitled to ask questions during the trip, too.
Furthermore, users may be contacted by Beidoo after services have been provided for the purposes of quality control. Beidoo may also share offers that could be of the user’s interest, unless otherwise requested by the user.
(2) Downloadable Itineraries
Users can purchase any of the itineraries available for download on this site without contacting Beidoo. Users will be asked to enter their email address and credit card information (secure payment by Stripe). After completing the payment, users will receive an email with a link to download the itinerary, which they can keep forever.
Downloadable itineraries cannot be returned and the total amount will be 100% NON-refundable.
Users may be contacted by Beidoo after services have been provided for the purposes of quality control. Beidoo may also share offers that could be of the user’s interest, unless otherwise requested by the user.
(3) Travel Advice

Furthermore, users may be contacted by Beidoo after services have been provided for the purposes of quality control. Beidoo may also share offers that could be of the user’s interest, unless otherwise requested by the user.
Limitation of liability
Beidoo shall provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information based on that available at the time of creating the itinerary. Nevertheless, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for subsequent modifications by third parties of any of the items included in the user’s itinerary. Users shall ensure that all the information provided in the document sent by Beidoo remains in effect at the time of traveling. Beidoo shall not be held responsible for any of the following:
- Modifications by third parties that take place after the itinerary has been sent to users. This includes but is not limited to tourist attraction opening hours and entrance fees, schedules and fares for any mode of transport, or any other piece of information regarding any of the trip elements (activities, transport or accommodation). Furthermore, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
- Users’ delayed arrival at the meeting point for any activities, flights, tours and/or transfers included in the itinerary. That is, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for missed activities and/or transport booked by users themselves due to the user’s tardiness and/or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point. As indicated in the previous paragraph, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for any modifications by third parties that result in missed activities and/or transport. Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
- Material damage or theft of any of the user’s personal belongings that take place during the trip, including those that occur during any of the transfers booked by users themselves. Furthermore, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
- Any injury or accident that befalls the user during the trip, including those that occur during any of the transfers booked by users themselves, as well as any injury or accident that occurs before the departure date leading to the cancellation of the trip. Furthermore, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
- Missed flights, trains, buses or any other mode of transportation. Users bear sole responsibility for being aware of their flight/train/bus departure time and arriving in good time. Furthermore, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
- Refusal of entry to a country for reasons of documentation. While Beidoo advises users on the required travel documentation, the onus is placed on users to make sure they are well informed about the required documentation and/or visas and reach the destination with the valid documents. Furthermore, Beidoo shall not be held responsible for potential amendments to the itinerary resulting from any of the above circumstances. Users shall act accordingly and make relevant changes.
Changes to these terms
Beidoo reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions. If that’s the case, users will be notified via the site. Users who keep to use Beidoo Services after these terms have been changed agree to the new Terms and Conditions.
